This is a cardboard hanging box also known as a wardrobe carton.

This is ideal for all of your normal hanging garments and
has a sealable base which means even oversized clothes/evening
dresses can safely touch the bottom without getting dirty.
There's also room at the bottom for jumpers and other light items.
